My First Ever Sympathy Flower Arrangement

It's mom's 40th Day Commemoration and I decided to do the flower arranging myself..of course to save money and so I can personally pick the flowers I want to use. I have gerbera in colors white and yellow..mums and baby's breath and some ferns and leaves for foliage. I hope my mom liked it if she is watching wherever she may be...Rest in Peace mommy, I miss you so much love you!

Gray and White Safari Print Eyelet Curtain

So I decided to make my own eyelet curtain. I chose the black and grey safari prints....It took me days to finish this project and a lot of redoing for my first panels..My very first eyelet curtain..I am so proud of it!

I got another spare time last night so I decided to give my nails another make-over...I put a sticker at the tip of each finger nails and covered it with silver glitters and colorless nail polish. Isn't it cute?

I so love pizap..I used it when I created this collage...it's so easy to use and a lot of tools that you can use to tweak your pictures :)

This day is my grandma's supposedly 90th birthday if she's still alive...I made this video when she died but wasn't able to upload it. Since it's her birthday, I thought this is the best time to post the video to commemorate her life when she's still with us.

Nails Done!

It's been a while since I last self-manicured my nails. Getting my nails done by expert nail artist isn't that expensive...I'm just too coward to let other people touch my nails. I'm just glad that I managed to have a spare time to do it myself.  I love the color though I rarely use it on my nails. As a full-time mom and housewife doing all household chores at home, I seldom gave my nails a makeover coz apparently I'll just break them up not unless a special occasion is coming up.

Home Made Chocolate Cupcake

Since I bought my new GE Microwave oven I've always been excited to make cupcakes for my kids. For that reason, one day I bought all the stuffs needed to make one. Now this is the result of my experiment and I'm very proud to say that my kids love it and even their dad love it too.

Upon baking, I accidentally created this moist cake and she loves it too :)

I found this Chocolate Moist Cake recipe online that I would like to share with everybody. 

Total time: Prep: 20 min. Bake: 30 min. + cooling 

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups cake flour

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup canola oil

1 Egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

FROSTING:

1/2 cup sugar

4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup hot coffee or water

4-1/2 teaspoons butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

-In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside. 

-In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. 

-Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir; cook 30 seconds longer or until melted.

-In a small bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil and egg. 

-Add to dry ingredients; beat just until combined. Add the chocolate mixture and vanilla.

-Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. 

-Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.

-For frosting, in a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and chocolate; stir in the coffee until blended. 

-Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until mixture is thickened. 

-Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla. 

-Spread warm frosting over cake. 

-Will make 9 servings. Enjoy!

My "MIKITA" Video Tribute

We'll obviously I'm a solid MIKITA (Michael + Nikita) fan, so I created this video as a tribute to both of them. What I love about them is the intensity of their emotions every time they're together in a scene be it an enemy or ally.  So here's the video hope you'll like it!

-I hate to know that you delivered flowers for someone else but never in my entire life that you've given me once

-I hate it when I read your inbox and forwarded messages from girls flooded it
-I hate it when you managed to return other's text past midnight but ended our phone conversation at nine saying you're too tired already
-I hate when you think that you're always right and I'm always wrong
-I hate to cry at night knowing you're happy 30 miles away from me
-I hate to think that you're out there to work & I'm here alone with kids
-I hate it that our kids grow up without you most of the time
-I hate it when I call you for dinner but you're too busy watching you're favorite TV show; don't you know that I wanted to have dinner with you together with the kids even on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
-I hate it when I'm telling stories and you're not listening at all
-I hate it when we sleep at night and you turn your back on me
-I hate it when you're too concerned for others but you don't even care about me
-I hate it when I'm sick and text you to come home but you just couldn't, I hate remembering those times I'm pregnant that you came home very early in the following morning (5Am) drunk
