It's mom's 40th Day Commemoration and I decided to do the flower arranging myself..of course to save money and so I can personally pick the flowers I want to use. I have gerbera in colors white and yellow..mums and baby's breath and some ferns and leaves for foliage. I hope my mom liked it if she is watching wherever she may be...Rest in Peace mommy, I miss you so much love you!

D'Leonor Hotel and Inland Resort

D'Leonor ATV, D'Leonor Hotel and Inland Resort, D'Leonor Hotel Davao City, D'Leonor Inland Resort, D'Leonor Theme Park, D'Leonor Wave Pool, D'Leonor Zip Line, Davao City Hotel, Fashion, Image

My sister and her Japanese husband together with their son came home and had a short vacation here in Davao City. She was looking for a hotel to stay overnight and so I suggested the newly opened D'Leonor Hotel. We are impressed with the place and how affordable the prices were for each room. There is a complimentary breakfast for two plus tickets for either zip line or wave pool, of course they chose wave pool. The hotel is inside the theme park, amenities include Mini Zoo, Wishing Well, Basketball, Clubhouse, Food court & Park, Badminton Court, 600 Steps Walk, Zip line, Wave pool and now ATV track. The inland resort is located at Communal, Purok 5, Davao City.

How Essential is Amino Acids to Our Body?

How Essential is Amino Acids to Our Body?

How essential is amino acids to our body? Protein will keep you dynamic and powerful. All individuals who are dynamic like sports players are getting amino acids every day. Would you believe that individuals who want to reduce bodyweight need to take meals with high in amino acids like meat? It is because getting amino acids will cause you to feel complete and dynamic. Protein can be taken as tablets or in meals type like protein bars which are now available in the marketplace.

There are many shops that offer dietary products and you can even purchase them on the internet but what shop has a good reputation? Many shops offer less quality items that you are just spending your money purchasing them. Protein products are required if you are an energetic person.

Anyway before purchasing an item it is better to see what other individuals are saying about their items. Reading an evaluation or recommendations from customers is very essential. These individuals are actually composing what they knowledgeable when using the items.

Justice for Biggel!

Justice for Biggel!
Click the photo above to direct to it's original page.

I did not expect this though I read a lot of comments from Facebook that there were incidents that Tin Patrimonio's votes has been redirected and were credited to Pamu thus making Tin the second to the last evicted housemate. I've been searching for evidence such as photos to prove the hearsay  not until this photo surfaced and circulated over the internet. Once you voted for a housmate there is a confirmation right after you send your vote , like if you vote for SLATER the confirmation should be like this: "Nakuha namin ang boto mo to save SLATER! Isang beses lang pwedeng bumoto gamit ang sim/number na ito. P2.50/txt."  But in this case,  it's very clear that SLATER's vote has been redirected and was credited to PAMU! If and only if, this photo was not edited.  Tsk tsk if there is any truth behind this very sensitive issue PBB staffs and officials should take action on this.  BIGGEL should have been the first big placer if not because of SLATER's votes that has been credited to PAMU.

Here are some of the user comments I gathered from Facebook: Click the photos below to be able to clearly read the comments.

What can you say? Do you think this is true?  If so, I pity BIGGEL and his family and fans who supported him :(

Ice Giants Madness

After an all day long of malling, strolling  & sight seeing around Davao City, we finally come to an end...time to rest our feet, cool down and chillax! These young ladies are a sucker for ice cream so I decided to bring them to this famous Ice cream parlor called "Ice Giants".  Basically made up of chocolate ice cream, ice and mixtures of marsh mallows, choco sticks and some chocolate candies, more than enough for the five of us, we almost didn't finish it all.

Aliyah's Graduation Dinner @ Punong Restaurant

Aliyah's Graduation Dinner @ Punong Restaurant

After the graduation program of my baby girl we dine out and invited some of our closest relatives on both sides. It's been a dream come true for me since I've been dying to go and try the said Seafood restaurant. The place is great and one good thing is, it's not that crowded but you need to have your own vehicle to be able to go there. The only problem we encountered were the mosquitoes and there's lots of them. There really is a need to bring an insect repellent to protect you from mosquito bites. Aside from the mosquitoes, there are no other problems at all. Over all, we had a sumptuous dinner in a price that's just right!

Home Made Chocolate Cupcake

Since I bought my new GE Microwave oven I've always been excited to make cupcakes for my kids. For that reason, one day I bought all the stuffs needed to make one. Now this is the result of my experiment and I'm very proud to say that my kids love it and even their dad love it too.

Upon baking, I accidentally created this moist cake and she loves it too :)

I found this Chocolate Moist Cake recipe online that I would like to share with everybody.
Total time: Prep: 20 min. Bake: 30 min. + cooling

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups cake flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

FROSTING:
1/2 cup sugar
4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup hot coffee or water
4-1/2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

-In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside.
-In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter.
-Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir; cook 30 seconds longer or until melted.
-In a small bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil and egg.
-Add to dry ingredients; beat just until combined. Add the chocolate mixture and vanilla.
-Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish.
-Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
-For frosting, in a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and chocolate; stir in the coffee until blended.
-Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until mixture is thickened.
-Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
-Spread warm frosting over cake.
-Will make 9 servings. Enjoy!
