I just love this song, working while listening to this kind of music gives me more energy to go on with my work. I love to sing along while working. I'm hoping to create a video from my fave movie out of this song. I'll think about it soon.

Botona Beach & Extreme Dahican Adventure

This is the summer destination I've been planning to go to and and finally, I'm coming over to see it! We started the trip early in the morning, we rented a Toyota Grandia van for only 5000 pesos including driver’s fee and fuel. Coming from Davao to Mati and back to Davao, I think the cost of the car rental was fair enough. Our group consist of ten people including 2 kids. I invited my friend along who was just as excited as me to see Mati for the first time.

From Panabo city, my place, the trip to Mati roughly took us 2-3 hours to reach. The zigzag road and the nerve wrecking cliffs makes me wanna jump off the van, plus our car was running like 120km/hr. As much as we’d love to stop by at Dinosaur Island and some beautiful spots to take some pictures, the driver seems to be in a hurry to reach Mati so we never really had the chance to take some pictures along the way. Below is the only picture we got along the way.

At about 6am, we reached Mati. We asked some locals for the wet market to buy some pork to grill for our brunch. My first impression about the city was like, it kinda look like an old village with not so many modern architectures around. After buying some stuffs, we hurried to Botona beach Resort.

The resort was fine, it has cottages for rent for an overnight stay but I didn’t mind asking for the rate at all, the good thing is that, you can park your car inside the resort. Along the beach were some wooden cottages painted in different colors. I loved how they chose the colors and the design of their cottages. The only problem was the beach, it was like fenced in rectangular shape. They used some plastic garbage packed and rolled in nets as a fence making it look like a swimming pool in high tide. As you can see in the picture below there were big and medium sized stones and some dead corals so it’s kinda hard to swim.

The boys started grilling the fish and pork so we walked along the beach. We found some locals hitting the waves with their surf boards and yeah, they were good at it! After reaching Dahican which is just few meters away from Botona Beach resort, we then pulled out from the latter and transferred to Dahican, which is a good decision since our ultimate goal is to skim board. The accomodation isn’t really great but the sand and the blue waters attracted us the most plus the big waves are amazing!

♥I Love the Wedge ♥

So yesterday was my birthday and my husband bought me a present, it's a wedge sandal from Mendrez! LOl as if I wasn't with him when he bought it, and to be exact, I'm the one who chose it as his gift for me LOL. Before my birthday I saw this wedge from a seller in Facebook. I so love it and was hoping to buy it as soon as possible. Since my birthday is in 3 days time, I decided not to spend my money on it. I thought I'll just ask my huby to buy it for me as a gift.

So here comes my birthday, we went to Crocodile Park to spend some quality time with the kids, then headed to Gaisano Mall to shop for my birthday present :) . I saw this wedge at Mendrez and it looks the same with the one I saw in Facebook. Without any doubt, I picked the sandal and went to my husband. He first disagree but then at the end I still won after tight deliberation and lot's of explanation. So here's a picture of me with the sandal.

♥Party With Cousins♥

Two of my cousins just passed the licensure exam for nurses so we planned a celebration at Starr Club & Bar. Autoshop Compound Davao City. Of course I was so excited to meet my cousins and since we came like 30 kms away from the city, me, my sister and hubi arrived at the club 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. So we entered the club. I was a little bit worried about what I read on the entrance: DRESS TO IMPRESS; lol!

I wasn't really prepared for the night out so I tried to capture the guards attention by parking our innova suv right infront of the club. After paying 150Php each, we entered the club and ordered some drinks and waited for my cousins. It's almost 10pm when my cousins and older sister arrived that we started hanging out and partying. At first I felt bored but then when the Dj played loud music and people started dancing it was then I really started to enjoy the night.

We met a group of young party peeps who celebrated for passing the same board exam too! And they were really cool and friendly. They danced and jammed with my cousins and my sister, she's gone wild lol. I can understand her anyway. We  left the club at almost 3am tired and exhausted yet so happy with the outcome. To sum it up I enjoyed the party as well as my hubi.

>I Need A New Mobile Phone!

As a girl mobile phone is one of my weaknesses. I love to be on top of the latest trends in mobile gadgets. Well it's been a year since I bought my current cell phone the Softbank 920SC. I fell in love with this cell phone the first time I saw it on Softbank's website. I like the style, color, features plus the 5mega pixel camera. This phone is available only in Japan and I have to ask my cousin in JP to buy it for me. Last week I was strolling on the mall with my beloved hubby just looking around until we found ourselves inside this store (forgot the name) and saw the Samsung Jet and Samsung Star WiFi mobile phones.

What I love most with these phones is the wifi connectivity which for me is very essential especially with my type of work where I need to check my emails every now and then. Samsung Star is a lot cheaper than Samsung Jet so I thought I should pick it. My hubby as well needed a new phone and was thinking of buying the Samsung Jet for him since its also favorable for him. They have wifi connectivity in their office allowing him to use his mobile phone and surf the internet. For me, we also have wifi at home therefore I can surf the web with my phone anywhere inside and outside my home as long as it's within the range.

I am contented with Samsung Star but there's this another phone which I am thinking about too, the Nokia ExpressMusic but since my sis-in-law owns one already maybe I have to forget about it. I'm dying to buy the phone already but I can't get any money from my savings, actually I call it "conjugal savings; since me and my husband have been putting money on the same account" my husband wont allow me too. I've been working hard these past few days so I can save money enough to buy the new phone. I'm planning to buy end of this month on our 10th Wedding Anniversary. I'll consider it a gift to myself..LOL
